Day 01 : JAYAPURA – WAMENA (LD)
In the morning arrival in Jayapura Airport, meet our guide who will assist your connecting flight to Wamena. Once you arrive, get a transfer to hotel for check in before visiting Napua Hill, with good panoramic view of Baliem Valley. Afterward, have your lunch in a local restaurant before visiting a colourful local market, hanging bridge, and also several Dani Villages. In the afternoon, return to hotel. Overnight Baliem Pilamo.
Day 02 : SOUTHERN BALIEM VALLEY (BLD)
After breakfast at hotel, depart to Kurima district located in Southern Balliem Valley from which the 3 hours trek will commence to explore the Dani living in the villages. Here, you may discover and learn more about Dani’s life and custom. Picnic lunch is provided. In the afternoon, you walk back to Kurima to meet the vechile and drive back to hotel for overnight and dinner.
Day 03 : NORTH BALLIEM VALLEY (BLD)
Set out North to small villages in the north of Baliem Valley to join Dani people and enjoy their unique traditional dance, pig feast and also to discover their traditional cooking method on hot stones, which takes about 4 or 5 hours totally. Later on, visit other Dani villages before returning to hotel. Note: This exclusive tour includes traditional tribal dance, pig feast and traditional cooking method perfomance. For those who are keep on exploring the region on a budget we can organize the similiar trip without the perfomances and compensate with a more visit to Dani Villages in the region.
Day 04 : WAMENA – JAYAPURA (BLD)
After breakfast, get a transfer to airport for your short flight back to Jayapura. Upon arrival in Jayapura, proceed on sightseeing tour visiting Monument of Gen. Douglas Mc. Arthur, Sentani Lake and Hamadi Market. Overnight at Swisbel Hotel Jayapura.
Day 05 : JAYAPURA – DEPARTURE (B)
After breakfast, get an airport transfer for your flight to next destination.
